人工成本管控是现代企事业单位发展的一个重要因素,对企事业单位不断增强实力和打造核心竞争力具有十分重要的意义。本文结合对人工成本分析和企事业单位实际,提出“转变观念、调节结构、科学规范、合理管控”的思路,并通过提高认识、规范管理、科学定员、合理分配、提升效率等手段,落实国家相关要求,达到企事业单位人工成本管控目的。
Labor cost control is an important factor in the development of modern enterprises and institutions. It is of great significance to enterprises and institutions in continuously enhancing their capabilities and building their core competitiveness.
