本文根据两次育苗试验的结果,对侧柏33个种源的性状变异进行了初步分析。结果表明,种源间苗高、地径、分枝间距、根系生长等存在着显著差异。1年生苗高生长快的种源比生长慢的种源高3.3倍,2年生苗高优劣种源间仍有两倍以上的差距。苗木生长与纬度、海拔是显著的负相关关系,与年均温、年降水等呈显著的正相关关系。综合评价结果将参试种源划分为优良种源、一般种源和较差种源三类。本文的研究结果为侧柏种源的早期选择提供了信息。
In this paper, based on the results of two nursery experiments, the genetic variations of 33 provenances of Arborvitae were analyzed. The results showed that there were significant differences in seedling height, diameter, branch spacing and root growth between provenances. The annual growth rate of 1-year-old seedling is 3.3 times higher than that of the slower-growing seedling, and the gap between the high-quality and low-yielding 2-year seedlings is still more than double. Seedling growth and latitude, altitude is a significant negative correlation, and the annual average temperature, annual precipitation and other significant positive correlation. Comprehensive evaluation results will be divided into good provenance provenance provenance, general provenance and poor provenance three categories. The results of this study provide information for the early selection of Platycladus orientalis provenance.
