目的:观察克山病病情动态变化,分析病情与内外环境硒水平的相关关系。方法:选择山东省莒县、沂水、平邑、邹城4个克山病病区县的发病村,设立观察点,从1990年起连续观察至2007年,对克山病病情进行连续观察,同时采集头发、小麦、玉米、红薯干(地瓜干)进行硒含量测定,用直线回归分析病情与硒水平的相关关系。结果:18年共观察人群14510例/次,克山病年均检出率第1~4阶段依次为3.02%、2.31%、3.57%、3.65%。采集头发732份,小麦701份,玉米615份,地瓜干643份,采用荧光法测定硒含量,发硒水平逐年升高(P<0.05~0.01),粮食硒水平基本恒定。结论:山东省克山病病情处于稳定态势,可能与内环境硒水平不断改善有关。
Objective: To observe the dynamic changes of Keshan disease and to analyze the correlation between the disease and selenium levels in the environment. Methods: The incidence of 4 Keshan disease counties in Yixian, Yishui, Pingyi, and Zoucheng counties of Shandong Province was set up. Observation points were set up and continuous observation was conducted from 1990 to 2007, and Keshan disease was continuously observed At the same time, hair, wheat, corn, sweet potato dry (sweet potato dry) were collected for the determination of selenium content, and linear regression was used to analyze the correlation between disease and selenium levels. Results: In the 18 years, a total of 14510 cases were observed. The average detection rate of Keshan disease in the first four stages were 3.02%, 2.31%, 3.57% and 3.65% respectively. 732 parts of hair, 701 parts of wheat, 615 parts of corn and 643 parts of dried sweet potato were collected. The content of selenium was increased by fluorescence spectrometry (P <0.05 ~ 0.01). The selenium level in grain was almost constant. Conclusion: The condition of Keshan disease in Shandong Province is in a steady state, which may be related to the continuous improvement of selenium level in the environment.
