我国公务员制度的实施,极大推动了我国的政府行政改革和现代化建设,公务员职业道德水平是衡量一个社会整体道德水平的重要标尺,是衡量执政能力的基本标准。但目前我国公务员队伍职业道德建设的缺失,带来的社会后果严重,成为我国政府现代化建设中的一个严重问题。文章从公务员职业道德的本质属性和公务员职业道德建设的作用入手,联系实际,探讨了我国公务员职业道德的现状,最后,提出了建设国家公务员职业道德的个人建议。
The implementation of the civil service system in our country has greatly promoted the reform and modernization of government in our country. The professional ethics level of civil servants is an important measure of the moral standard of a society as a whole, and is the basic standard for measuring the governing ability. However, at present, the lack of professional ethics in China’s civil service has brought serious social consequences and has become a serious problem in the modernization of our government. This article starts with the essential attribute of civil servant’s professional ethics and the role of civil servants’ professional ethics construction, and discusses the status quo of civil servants’ professional ethics in the light of reality. Finally, this paper puts forward personal suggestions on how to build the national civil servants’ professional ethics.
