辽宁省回龙山水电站是在无产阶级文化大革命中设计施工并建成的中型水电站。在电站建设过程中,广大工人和设计人员,狠批“洋奴哲学”、“爬行主义”的反革命修正主义路线,大搞技术革新和设计改革。掀起了几次群众性的技术革新和设计改革活动,发动群众提建议,改设计,先后提出20项较大的革新项目,节约了大量材料,加快了建设速度。
Huilongshan Hydropower Station in Liaoning Province is a medium-sized hydropower station designed, constructed and built in the Great Proletarian Cultural Revolution. In the process of power station construction, the vast numbers of workers and designers vigorously criticized the counterrevolutionary revisionist line of “Western slave philosophy” and “repressionism” and vigorously promoted technological innovation and design reform. Set off mass public technological innovation and design and reform activities, mobilized suggestions made by the masses, and changed the design. It proposed 20 major reform projects in succession, saving a large amount of materials and speeding up the pace of construction.
