在毛主席革命卫生路线指引下,我国计划生育工作取得了很大的成绩。对中期妊娠引产,重庆市各医院近十余年来多采用利凡诺胎膜外注射,最近北京、上海、云南、吉林、安徽、浙江等地亦相继有所报导,一致认为它是一种安全而有效的引产方法。在此基础上,本市巴县铜贯驿区医院首先试用利凡诺胎膜内注射引产成功。由于胎膜内注射利凡诺避免经阴道操作,亦无须留置引产管,故有利于进一步降低感染率。引产指征与胎膜外引产一样,且对晚期先兆流产或晚期难免流产亦能适用。从1975年7月至1976年6月在我市城乡12所医院共进行了812例利凡诺胎膜内引产,效果良好;同时对10例母体及胎儿体内利凡诺含量进行
