据中国印刷及设备器材工业协会印刷器材分会统计,全国17家印刷胶辊主要生产厂家,2000年实际产量247080万立方厘米,销售数量207910万立方厘米,分别比1999年提高48.3%和28.7%,产销两旺。目前,我国印刷胶辊的生产,以中小型企业居多,大部分是中低档产品,只能用于中低速印刷机。随着胶印朝高速多色方向的发展和人们环保意识的增强,对高档胶辊的需求越来越大,对印刷胶辊制造行业也提出了更高的要求。
According to the statistics of Printing Equipment Branch of China Printing Equipment Industry Association, there are 17 major printing roller manufacturers in China. The actual output in 2000 was 2,470.8 million cubic centimeters and the sales volume was 2,079.1 million cubic centimeters, up by 48.3% and 28.7% over 1999 respectively. Production and marketing thriving. At present, China’s production of printing rollers, mostly small and medium enterprises, mostly middle and low products, can only be used in low-speed printing press. With the development of high-speed multi-color offset printing and the enhancement of people’s environmental protection awareness, the demand for high-grade rubber rollers is getting larger and larger, and higher requirements are also set for the printing roller manufacturing industry.
