我市职工思想政治工作研究会是1983年成立的。6年来的实践使我们认识到,城市研究会,只有根据本市的特点,坚持为城市的改革和经济建设服务,才能有所发展,有所作为。在这方面我们主要做了以下五个方面的工作:一是为发展外向型经济服务。无锡是国务院确定的沿海对外开放城市之一,对外开放程度不断扩大。目前,我市已有48家中外合资企业。为了适应这种变化,我们对全市中外合资企业中方职工思想政治工作情况作了调查研究,一方面探索怎样做好中方职工思想工作的路子;另一方面通过对这类企业的调查分析,认识对外开放给职工带来的影
Our city workers ideological and political work conference was established in 1983.
