目的观察高血压合并左心室肥厚(LVH)患者血清白细胞介素18(IL-18)的变化。方法入选初诊单纯原发性高血压患者(66例)、高血压合并LVH患者(56例)和同期健康体检者(对照组,50例)为研究对象,采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法检测各研究对象血清IL-18的水平,比较各组间的差异。结果与对照组比较,单纯高血压组和高血压合并LVH组患者血清IL-18水平升高(均P<0.05),高血压合并LVH组患者血清IL-18水平又高于单纯高血压组(P<0.05)。高血压患者左心室质量指数(LVMI)和血清IL-18水平随着血压水平的上升而升高(P<0.05)。高血压患者血清IL-18水平与LVMI呈正相关(r=0.575,P<0.01)。多元逐步回归分析发现血清IL-18浓度与LVMI呈正相关(β=0.19,t=5.52,P<0.01)。结论高血压患者血清IL-18水平明显高于正常人群,高血压合并LVH患者血清IL-18水平进一步升高。
Objective To observe the changes of serum interleukin 18 (IL-18) in patients with hypertension and left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH). Methods The newly diagnosed patients with primary hypertension (66 cases), hypertensive patients with LVH (56 cases) and healthy subjects (control group, 50 cases) were enrolled in this study. The patients were selected by double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay The levels of serum IL-18 in each study were compared between groups. Results Compared with the control group, the level of serum IL-18 in hypertensive patients and patients with hypertension and LVH increased (all P <0.05), and the levels of IL-18 in hypertensive patients with LVH were significantly higher than those in patients with hypertension P <0.05). Left ventricular mass index (LVMI) and serum IL-18 level in hypertensive patients increased with the increase of blood pressure (P <0.05). The level of IL-18 in patients with hypertension was positively correlated with LVMI (r = 0.575, P <0.01). Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that serum IL-18 concentration was positively correlated with LVMI (β = 0.19, t = 5.52, P <0.01). Conclusion The serum level of IL-18 in patients with hypertension is significantly higher than that in normal people. The level of serum IL-18 in hypertensive patients with LVH is further increased.
