本规定是根据一机部机械科学研究院(75)机研科一字220号及石化部石油化工规划设计院(75)石化设字第269号文的要求,于1976年元月联合编制的。参加编制的单位有上海化工设计院、兰州石油机械研究所、合肥通用机械研究所、金州重型机器厂、上海材料研究所、石化部化工设计院、吉化公司设计院、兰化公司设计院、北京石油化工总厂设计院、兰化公司化工机械研究所、上海化工机修总厂、冶金部沈阳金属研究所等十二个单位。
These Provisions are formulated in accordance with the requirements of No.209, No.209, Branch of Machinery and Research Institute of Machinery and Machinery Research Institute of Ministry of Machinery Industry and No. 269 Petrochemical Equipment Design and Construction Institute of Petrochemical Planning and Design Institute (75) of the Ministry of Petrochemical Industry .
