目的研究并探讨超声在类风湿性关节炎患者膝关节软骨病变中的临床应用效果。方法 80例患者为研究对象,按照其病程的长短分成三组,另外,再取20例健康的志愿者,将其定为对照组。两组患者分别运用超声检查的手段来观察其膝关节软骨。结果正常对照组股骨关节面的软骨厚度内侧髁为2.12mm,髁间凹为2.89mm,外侧髁为2.32mm。而相比于对照组而言,类风湿性关节炎患者的内侧髁为1.2mm,外侧髁为1.3mm,髁间凹为1.5mm。对比P<0.05,具有显著的统计学意义。结论超声检查是现阶段用于类风湿性关节炎诊断的重要手段,值得临床推广。
Objective To study and explore the clinical application of ultrasound in the treatment of knee joint cartilage disease in patients with rheumatoid arthritis. Methods Eighty patients were divided into three groups according to the course of the disease. In addition, 20 healthy volunteers were selected as the control group. Two groups of patients were used to observe the ultrasound of the knee cartilage. Results In the normal control group, the cartilage thickness of the femoral articular surface was 2.12 mm, the intercondylar notch was 2.89 mm, and the lateral condyle was 2.32 mm. Compared with the control group, the medial condyle of the patients with rheumatoid arthritis was 1.2 mm, the lateral condyle was 1.3 mm, and the intercondylar notch was 1.5 mm. Compared with P <0.05, with significant statistical significance. Conclusion Ultrasonography is an important method for the diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis at this stage, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
