元认知是现代认知心理学中的一个重要概念,已为越来越多的人接受和重视。要成为一个成功的学习者不仅需要接受有关学习方法的知识,还必须具备一定的元认知理论知识基础,才能从根本上提高学习效率。
Metacognition is an important concept in modern cognitive psychology and has been accepted and valued by more and more people. To become a successful learner not only need to accept the knowledge of learning methods, but also must have a certain knowledge of metacognitive theory in order to fundamentally improve learning efficiency.
