小班化教学体现了教育内容整体化和个别化的有机结合,其教育一方面既要重视认识与情感意志的结合,以塑造教育对象完整的人格,另一方面又要针对每一个个体的差异,努力提供最适当的教育。一、人人参与,体会快乐;二、分层备课,各尽所能;三、小组合作,差异组合;四、根据差异,分层作业;五、面对差异,科学评价。差异可以在小班化教学的各个环节中渗透,而且确实保证了学生积极参与教学活动,使学生真正成为学习的主人。
