信息化系统是为业务管理服务,抛开信息技术层面的问题,信息系统建设首先要做的是业务管理规划,业务管理方面需要对自己的管理目标能够有统筹、清晰的认识,这样系统建设才有方向;业务梳理是为管理目标服务,业务纳入系统管理的取舍标准也很简单:一、实现管理目标、二、提高业务效率;而管理目标的实现是建立在信息数据的统筹规范上,要求立足整个公司来全面审视这个话题,EAM(企业资产管理)恰恰是这样一个业务管理的系统,项目要成功,必须要解决这几个核心问题,通过设备管理目标来牵动信息系统的建设过程,是一个比较省力的事情,这是本文要阐述的核心内容。
