我厂长期以来一直采用厚2~3毫米不锈钢板焊制成箱形氮化箱在电炉内氮化。由于箱体极易变形,箱内进、排气管因氮的渗入而涨裂。因而报废量很大。加上箱式氮化箱装炉量少,流量小,不易控制,气流不均等问题致使质量不稳定,生产率低。采用一般井式氮化炉也因上述问题不能解决而未推广应用。有的兄弟厂采用井式氮化炉内加装风扇搅动的结构使气流均匀的方法。但因加装风扇的结构复杂,尤其是风扇轴的密封较困难,工作区容积减少
