自治机关干部民族化,就是指少数民族干部在自治机关中要占一定比例。这一思想,在我国《宪法》和《民族区域自治法》中得以具体化,并在实践中得以落实。培养与选拔少数民族干部是干部民族化的前提和基础,也是解决民族问题、做好民族工作的关键,是管长远、管根本的大事,这是我们党关于民族问题的一项基本理论和政策。自治机关干部民族化在实践中已经得到了较好的贯彻和实施,但随着时代的发展,该政策也面临着一系列的问题,需要在实践中不断地进行修正与完善。
The nationalization of cadres in autonomous organs means that cadres of ethnic minorities should occupy a certain percentage of the organs of self-government.
