诚信自古以来就是我国的传统美德,是儒家传统的道德范畴。它是为人处世的基本原则,是一个人应该具备的最基本的道德素质。高中阶段,是学生的道德品德形成的最后关键阶段。作为高中班主任,尤其要注意在班级管理中运用诚信教育。而现今,很多高中一味地追求升学率,把精力都放在了关注学生的学习成绩上,忽视了诚信教育这一重要理念。就诚信教育在高中班级管理中的运用提出几点建议。
Since ancient times, honesty is the traditional virtue of our country and the moral category of Confucian tradition. It is the basic principle of man’s life and the most basic moral quality one should possess. High school stage, is the final stage of the formation of the moral character of students. As a high school teacher, with particular attention to the use of integrity education in class management. Nowadays, many high schools blindly pursue the entrance rate and devote their energies to paying attention to the students’ academic performance, neglecting the important concept of honesty education. Some suggestions on the application of honesty education in high school class management.
