图书馆作为师范类高校的重要部门,它的建设和管理工作受到了有关教育部门和高校责任部门高度重视。而就目前社会发展来看,传统的图书馆管理工作已经无法适应时代发展的需求,在当今的这样一个追求以人为本的时代,图书馆管理也应该追求人本管理。人本管理也就是追求更加人性化的管理,在深刻认识人在社会经济活动中的作用的基础上,突出人在管理中的地位,实现以人为中心的管理。那么下面这篇文章我们就主要探讨一下应该如何实现人本管理在师范类高校图书馆管理中的应用。
As an important department of normal colleges and universities, the construction and management of libraries are highly valued by relevant education departments and university departments. As for the current social development, the traditional library management has not been able to meet the needs of the development of the times. In such an era of people-oriented pursuit, library management should also pursue human-based management. Human-based management is the pursuit of more humane management.
