Animal behavior is controlled by the central nervous system and thus well reflects the structural function of the animal’s brain. Alzheimer’s Disease is a central nervous system degenerative disease. Its insidious onset and chronic disease course are the most common and most common type of Alzheimer’s disease. Clinical manifestations of memory disorders, cognitive dysfunction, personality changes and language disorders and other neuropsychiatric symptoms, daily living ability will decline, and neuropsychiatric symptoms and behavior disorders seriously affect the social, occupational and life functions. Therefore, through eight-armed maze, open field and other animal cognitive behavioral experiments can well reflect the impact of AD research drugs on cognition and memory function of AD model animals to understand the therapeutic effect of AD research drugs.
