本文采用HPLC法测定止咳化痰丸中麻黄碱、伪麻黄碱的含量,最佳流动相组成为KH_2PO_40.01mo1/L(用H_3PO_4调至PH2.5)-甲醇(96:4 ),检测波长210nm。实验结果表明,本法重现性好,其他组分无干扰;平均回收率,麻黄碱101.3％,伪麻黄碱99.22％。
The contents of ephedrine and pseudoephedrine in Zhike Huayu Pills were determined by HPLC. The optimal mobile phase composition was KH 2 PO 40.01 mol/L (adjusted to pH 2.5 with H 3 PO 4)-methanol (96:4), and the detection wavelength was 210 nm. The experimental results show that the method has good reproducibility and no interference with other components; the average recovery rate is 101.3% for ephedrine and 99.22% for pseudoephedrine.
