《药品管理法》规定,县级以上卫生行政部门可设药政机构和药品检验机构.又规定县级以上卫生行政部门设药品监督员.但是单凭专职药品监督人员的力量,仍不能满足药品监督任务的需要,还需加强基层药品监督网的建设.笔者结合几年来基层药品监督管理工作的实践,就基层药品监督的组织机构与管理谈几点看法.一、基层药品监督网我国幅员辽阔.每个地区各有特点.应根据当地情况搞多种形式的基层药品监督网,结合我市实际情况,归纳有几种类型.1.单独的药品监督网,在药品生产、经营企业和医院制剂单位较多,中药资源丰富的地
