经济创新是经济大国走向经济强国的必由之路,是产业和产品结构升级,提升国际竞争力重大选择,是使中国制造转变为中国创造,实现我国经济新的腾飞的根本出路。本文阐述了经济创新的必要性及其含义,强调在经济创新中必须抓好科技创新,明确思想观念创新是经济创新的先导,提出人力资源管理创新是实现经济创新的组织保障。
Economic innovation is the only way for economic powers to go to economic power and an important choice for upgrading their industries and product mix and enhancing their international competitiveness. It is the fundamental way out for turning China’s manufacturing into a new take-off that China will create and realize. This essay elaborates the necessity and meaning of economic innovation. It emphasizes that scientific and technological innovation must be done well in economic innovation. It is clear that innovation of ideological concepts is the precursor of economic innovation. It is proposed that human resource management innovation is the organizational guarantee of economic innovation.
