一、当前发展党员工作中存在的主要误区 一是青睐“能人”。有的乡镇在发展党员时往往以“经济富不富”作为标准,把一些不符合条件的富裕户吸收入党;有些企业党组织发展“能人”入党,很少考察发展对象的入党动机、思想品德、政治素质等,只要当个“长”,马上能入党。有的企业甚至把“解决组织问题”作为对搞经济工作“功臣”的一种“政治奖赏”。
