根据雅尔塔会议的决定,1945年4月25日将在美国旧金山召开联合国制宪会议。作为会议发起邀请国之一,国民党当局想一手包办中国代表团的组建,这引起了中国各政治团体尤其是中国共产党人的强烈不满。中共方面认为,中国成为联合国会议发起邀请国,是全体中国人的光荣,是国共合作抗日的胜利成果,是中国人民特别是敌后解放区全体军民浴血奋战的结果,所以中共必须有代表出席旧金山会议。
According to the Yalta meeting’s decision, April 25, 1945 will convene a United Nations constitutional convention in San Francisco. As one of the host countries invited by the conference, the Kuomintang authorities tried to arrange the formation of a Chinese delegation with one hand, which aroused strong dissatisfaction among various political groups in China, especially the Chinese Communists. The Chinese communists believe that it is the glory of all Chinese and the victorious outcome of the Kuomintang-Communist cooperation in resisting Japan. It is also the result of bloody battles by all the people in the Chinese people, especially in the People’s Liberation Army in the enemy’s rear area. Therefore, the Chinese communists must attend the San Francisco Conference.
