Objective: To study the effects of Bulbus Allii Polyrhizi granules on blood lipids in rats and provide the basis for the development of drugs and health food. Methods: Fifty healthy Wistar rats were randomly divided into 5 groups, 10 rats in 1 group and 3 rats in treatment group: high dose group (800 mg · kg -1 · d -1) Group (400 mg · kg -1 · d -1) and low dose group (200 mg · kg -1 · d -1) were given intragastrically once daily with different concentrations On the other hand, the control group and the model group of hyperlipidemia were set as the control. The body weight, liver index, Glu, triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), high density Lipoprotein (HDL-C), and low-density lipoprotein (LDL-C) changes. Results: The levels of Glu, TC, TG and LDL-C in the model group were significantly higher than those in the control group, while the HDL-C levels in the model group were significantly lower than those in the control group, suggesting that the model was successful. The body weight, liver index, Glu, TC, TG and LDL-C in the treated group were significantly lower than those in the untreated group, while HDL-C was significantly higher in the untreated group than in the model group. Conclusion: Compound onion particles can significantly reduce the body weight of rats in the period of vigorous growth and significantly improve the function of liver function induced by high fat diet. Can significantly reduce high-fat rats blood sugar, serum TC, TG, LDL-C levels, elevated serum HDL-C, with significant hypoglycemic hypolipidemic effect.
