采用熔融共混法将木质素与聚氯乙烯共混改性,研究木质素的掺加比例对PVC/木质素共混物结构、相容性、力学性能及热稳定性的影响,进一步与普通PVC板材比较,得出结论。通过改变木质素的掺加量,对共混物进行了红外、形貌、拉伸性能、弯曲性能及热重分析。结果表明,当碱木质素掺量为10%时,共混物的相容性是最佳的,且各项力学性能比普通PVC板材要优良。
The blend of lignin and polyvinyl chloride was modified by melt blending method to study the influence of the proportion of lignin on the structure, compatibility, mechanical properties and thermal stability of PVC / lignin blends. PVC plate comparison, concluded. By changing the dosage of lignin, the infrared, morphology, tensile properties, flexural properties and thermogravimetric analysis of the blends were carried out. The results show that when the content of alkali lignin is 10%, the compatibility of the blend is the best, and the mechanical properties are better than the ordinary PVC sheet.
