本文观察国产米利酮对15例严重心衰患者左室舒缩功能的影响。结果表明治疗后心指数、每搏指数增加,肺毛细血管嵌压下降,射血分数和左室短轴缩短率增加,射血前期/左室射血期比值及 a 波幅度/舒张充盈波幅度下降,心尖搏动总驰缓时间指数及舒张期振幅时间指数增加。提示国产米利酮可明显改善严重心衰患者的左室舒缩功能。
This article observes the effect of domestic milrinone on left ventricular systolic and diastolic function in 15 patients with severe heart failure. The results showed that cardiac index, stroke index increased, pulmonary capillary pressure drop, ejection fraction and left ventricular fractional shortening increased after treatment, ejection fraction / left ventricular ejection fraction and amplitude of a wave amplitude / diastolic filling wave Decline, total apex beat time Chi index and diastolic amplitude time index increased.
