一、加强宣传。利用各种形式和途径,广泛宣传,增强全民法制观念,引起全社会对动植物检疫重要性的认识。世界上出现动植物检疫已有300多年历史,就是我国开始立法并实施动植物检疫至今,也已有半个多世纪。然而时至今日,我国第一部真正的动植物检疫法颁布以后,还有许多人对动植物检疫一无所知,只是在某些动植物及其产品进出境时被海关、邮局及其他交通运输部门卡住以后,才知道还有个动植物检疫机构。由此可见,加强宣传动植物检疫法迫在眉睫。我国台湾省就颁布了“赴大陆探亲旅客动植物检疫须知”,并分发给回大陆探亲者人手一份,对于进出境的旅客无疑是一种很好的宣传途径。

Only when certain animals, plants and their products enter and exit the country are couriers, post offices and other traffic Transport sector stuck later, did we know there is a plant and animal health quarantine agencies. This shows that it is imminent to step up promotion of animal and plant quarantine laws. Taiwan Province of China promulgated the Notice on Quarantine of Animal and Plant Visits to Mainland China Visitors and Distribution to Those Returned from Mainland China. This is undoubtedly a good channel of propaganda for travelers entering and exiting the mainland.
