时值暑假,在湖南省邵阳县的乡村中,惊现许多赶时髦、讲派头、玩“酷”的小烟民。这些8至14岁的“瘾君子”,在学校时受到吸烟限制,暑假里就要大过一把烟瘾,吸上了便欲罢不能。而多数家长对孩子吸烟不干涉,公开允许孩子吸烟,染上烟瘾的新一代小烟民队伍正在迅速壮大,在中学各级的男生中,吸烟的比率已经高达40%左右。由于一些家长对孩子吸烟视而不见,孩子吸烟成瘾,有钱买着吸,没钱就向家里讨要,手段各异,不仅消费大得惊人,也对这些成长中的孩子们的身心健康造成了伤害。
During the summer vacation in Shaoyang County, Hunan Province, many people who were shocked, trendy, talkative and play “cool” were found. These “drug addicts” aged between 8 and 14 suffer from smoking restrictions in their schools. They have to spend more than one cigarette on summer holidays and can not stop smoking. While most parents do not interfere in their children’s smoking, a new generation of small-smoker teams that allow children to smoke and smoky their children openly is rapidly expanding. The prevalence of smoking among boys at all levels in secondary schools has risen to as high as 40%. Because some parents turn a blind eye to their children’s smoking, their children become addicted to smoking, they have money to buy their own cigarettes, and they have no choice but to ask for help at home. With different means, they not only make astonishingly expensive consumption, but also result in the physical and mental health of these growing children hurt.
