铁道部科学研究院、交通部公路规划设计院、上海市政工程研究所和江苏常熟橡胶制品厂联合召开的全国首次铁道、公路桥梁板式橡胶支座及聚四氟乙稀橡胶组合支座应用技术推广和经验交流会于83年11月在常熟市举行,参加会议的有来自铁路、公路、市政系统的设计院、科研所、工程局、以及化工系统的有关单位共83个单位,代表92人。
