人教版九年级化学义务教育教科书下册第八单元课题三金属资源的利用和保护中,一氧化碳还原氧化铁的实验,实际操作时存在以下问题:(1)一氧化碳的来源存在困难,需要用甲酸来制取,而许多初中化学实验室没有甲酸,即使能制取得到一氧化碳但制取的量和实际使用量之间很难控制。(2)一氧化碳有毒如果泄漏会不安全,当体积分数为0.02%时,2 h~3 h可出现中毒症状。(3)操作过程中先通一氧化碳排出空气的那部分一氧化碳很难处理,处理不好存在污染也可能引起安全事故。
