为了研究抗剪栓钉对板的破坏形态和受剪切性能的影响,完成了3组6个设有抗剪栓钉的钢筋混凝土单向板柱节点受剪试验。在3组试件中,第1组为未配置抗剪栓钉的具有不同剪跨比的钢筋混凝土单向板试件,其他两组为配置有不同间距和高度的抗剪栓钉的对比试件,研究的主要参数为抗剪栓钉的间距、高度和板的剪跨比。研究结果表明:同未配置抗剪栓钉的钢筋混凝土单向板柱节点发生剪切破坏的情况相比,配置抗剪栓钉的钢筋混凝土单向板柱节点分别发生了栓钉群内(S50-5系列试件)和群外(S50-7系列试件)的剪切破坏;使用抗剪栓钉能有效提高板柱节点的延性,改善失效模式,使单纯的剪切破坏向弯曲破坏转变,与抗剪栓钉相交的斜裂缝更为平缓,从而使受剪承载力明显提高;配置抗剪栓钉对钢筋混凝土单向板柱节点的加强效果随着抗剪栓钉间距和高度的改变存在较大差别,特别是对剪跨比较小的钢筋混凝土单向板影响更为显著。基于试验结果,给出了不同剪跨比的钢筋混凝土单向板与柱栓钉连接的设计建议。
In order to study the influence of shear studs on the failure modes and the shear properties of the slab, three sets of six shear tests were conducted on six one-way stiffened columns with shear studs. The strengthening effect of the shear studs on the one-way slab nodes of the reinforced concrete is changed with the spacing and height of shear studs There is a big difference, especially for the shear-span reinforced concrete one-way slab less significant impact. Based on the test results, the design suggestions of the connection between the one-way reinforced concrete plate and studs with different shear-span ratios are given.
