用膜片钳技术对培养的纹状体神经元胞体上的电压依赖性钾离子通道进行了研究。在细胞贴附式下,去极化可激活一个电导为50pS的外向钾离子单通道。50pSK+通道的特性表明该通道属于延时整流型钾通道。
Voltage-dependent potassium channels in cultured somatic neurons were studied using patch-clamp technique. Under cell attachment, depolarization activates a single channel of outward potassium ion with a conductance of 50 pS. The properties of the 50pSK + channel indicate that this channel is a delayed rectifier potassium channel.
