The effect of the morphology of the Fe-2Si-0.1C duplex steel on the mechanical properties has been studied. The ductile duplex structure obtained by the continuous annealing in the two-phase region directly from the austenitic region has poor ductility and relatively strong change. However, the fine-fibrous or fine-grained dual-phase structure obtained through different phase transitions shows an effective improvement in ductility without significant loss in strength. The ductile ductile ductility is poor due to the largest localized stress concentration in the ferrite region, forming cleavage cracks. However, the dual-phase steels having the form of fine fibers or particles are broken after a large amount of plastic deformation,
