近年来,淮阴区积极落实淮安市委、市政府关于实施“阳光信访”的工作要求,实行网络化管理,做到人性化服务,运用“阳光信访”平台及时有效化解矛盾纠纷,构建了覆盖全区、上下联动、高效运转的工作新机制,有效维护了社会和谐稳定。2007年以来,全区进京去省信访量逐年减少,2013年比2007年同比下降42.8%,80%以上的信访件不出乡镇就能得到有效化解,初步实现了“小事不出乡、大事不出区”的工作格局。
