为了快速满足用户对起重机个性化的需求,提出了基于知识重用的起重机快速设计方法。采取模块编码、数据库、规则表示法等对相应的设计知识进行表达,建立起重机设计知识库,然后基于实例推理技术对起重机进行相似度计算、实例检索,并对新产品进行有限元分析,最终输出新产品并更新实例库。设计过程以Soildworks、Access、VB、Ansys为工具支撑,进行参数化建模、设计参数存储、相似度计算、有限元分析等,以此来快速地完成起重机设计。
In order to meet the needs of users for the rapid personalization of cranes, a rapid design method for cranes based on knowledge reuse was proposed. The corresponding design knowledge is expressed by module code, database and rule representation. The knowledge base of crane design is established. Then the similarity calculation and case retrieval of crane based on case-based reasoning are carried out, and the new products are analyzed by finite element method and the final output New product and update the instance library. The design process is supported by tools such as Soildworks, Access, VB, and Ansys, and parametric modeling, design parameter storage, similarity calculation and finite element analysis are carried out to complete the crane design quickly.
