中高会海洋分会于1996年1月25日在国家海洋局召开了第三次理事长扩大会议,总结1995年工作和商讨1996年计划。参加会议的有马宾、罗钰如、陈右铭、杨桓等顾问,国家海洋局张登义局长、总会王兆熊常务副理事长,以及海洋分会的正副理事长、理事、正副秘书长等30余人出席会议。理事长关定华、常务副理事长杨文鹤分别就海洋分会1995年工作和组织发展情况作了总结,副理事长张振国报告
On January 25, 1996, the China-Gaonhui Ocean Branch held the third enlarged director meeting of the State Oceanic Administration to summarize the work in 1995 and discuss the 1996 plan. More than 30 consultants, including Marubeni, Luo Yuru, Chen Youming and Yang Huan, State Secretary Zhang Dengyi, Executive Vice-Chairman Wang Zhaoxiong, and the vice chairman, director and deputy secretary-general of Ocean Branch attended the meeting .
