全国部分城市第十二次机关党建工作理论研讨会8月8日—12日在乌鲁木齐市召开。北京、天津、重庆等29个城市30家机关工委的负责同志参加了研讨会。会议以邓小平理论和江泽民同志关于“三个代表”的重要思想为指导,总结交流了各地贯彻落实《中国共产党党和国家机关基层组织工作条例》和在新形势下加强机关党建工作的经验,对如何在从严治党中身体力行“三个代表”的要求,如何推进机关党建工作的改革创新等问题,进行了深入研讨。大会共收到40篇论文,代表了全国部分城市机关党建工作的实践和研究成果。
The Twelfth Institutional Party Working Conference on Theoretical Construction of Part-time Cities in China was held on August 8-12 in Urumqi. Responsible comrades from 30 government agencies working committees in 29 cities including Beijing, Tianjin and Chongqing attended the seminar. Under the guidance of Deng Xiaoping Theory and Comrade Jiang Zemin’s important thinking on “Three Represents ”, the meeting summed up the exchange of experiences in implementing the “Work Regulations of the Grass-roots Organizations of the Communist Party of China and State Organs in Various Locations” and Strengthening the Party’s Party Building in the New Situation Conducted an in-depth discussion on how to carry forward the reform and creation of the organ’s party building in the organism strictly according to the requirements of strictly implementing the party’s “three represents ”. The conference received a total of 40 papers, representing the practice and research results of the party building in some urban authorities across the country.
