随着社会主义市场经济体制的逐步建立,整个社会将日益动态化。如何强化动态环境下的社会治安管理,提高对社会的控制能力,已成为当前改革和加强公安工作的重要课题。近几年来,苏州市公安机关围绕以实行社会治安动态管理为突破口,摸索改革和加强公安工作的新路子进行了有益的尝试,有效地维护了社会治安的总体稳定。笔者结合苏州市实际情况,对以实行社会治安动态管理为突破口,大力改革和加强公安工作谈几点粗浅认识。
With the gradual establishment of a socialist market economic system, the entire society will become increasingly dynamic. How to strengthen social security management in a dynamic environment and improve its ability to control the society has become an important issue for reforming and strengthening the public security work at present. In recent years, the public security organs in Suzhou City have made useful attempts to break through the dynamic management of social order and find new ways to reform and strengthen public security work, effectively safeguarding the overall stability of social order. The author combined with the actual situation in Suzhou City, the implementation of the dynamic management of social order and security as a breakthrough point, vigorously reform and strengthen public security work to talk about a few superficial understanding.
