四氯二苯并二恶英(tetrachlorodibenzodioxin,TCDD)是毒性最大的化合物之一,可损伤多种脏器功能并具有免疫抑制和致癌作用。TCDD可导致多种妇科疾病,如子宫内膜异位症、卵巢癌和卵巢功能早衰等,并在一定程度上促进这些疾病的发展。然而,据流行病学调查发现,暴露在TCDD中却使另外一种妇科疾病——子宫肌瘤的发病率降低。因此,研究TCDD与妇科常见病的关系可进一步认识TCDD的特性及作用机制,并为预防这些疾病提供帮助。
Tetrachlorodibenzodioxin (TCDD) is one of the most toxic compounds that can damage many organ functions and has immunosuppressive and carcinogenic effects. TCDD can lead to a variety of gynecological diseases such as endometriosis, ovarian cancer and ovarian failure, and so on, and to some extent to promote the development of these diseases. However, according to epidemiological survey found that exposure to TCDD yet make another gynecological disease - the incidence of uterine fibroids decreased. Therefore, the study of TCDD and gynecological diseases can further understand the characteristics of TCDD and mechanism of action, and to help prevent these diseases.
