一眼外伤性完全性视神经离断,另眼引起眶尖综合征,导致双眼均失明,甚罕见.叶某,男,22岁,因开拖拉机不慎翻车后引起左眼球脱位于1983年9月5日急诊入院.检查:神志尚清,痛苦面容.除前额中部骨质不平,肛门旁Ⅲ度软组织损伤外,其他全身无异常.双眼无光感.左眼球已完全脱位于眼睑外.右眼睑皮下无淤血,上睑呈完全性下垂.瞳孔中等散大,直接光投射消失.眼底无变化,眼球运动明显障碍.入院后考虑左眼球可能系外伤性眼球脱位,但无法回纳入眶内.在局麻下行探查术,术中发现左眼球已完全游离在眼睑外,视神经在距眼球约5mm处已完全离断,4条直肌及2条
