本文以Cu-26.62 Zn-3.77Al(wt%)合金为研究对象,从实用化角度研究了热处理工艺对该合金单向和双向恢复率、动作起始和终止温度,恢复力的影响。实验结果表明,该合金只要选择适当的淬火温度和150℃时效时间,单向恢复率可达100%;时效30min即可使动作起始温度稳定;动作起始温度与A_s点相差不大,动作终止温度与A_f点一般相差十几度;780℃油淬可获较大的恢复力;840℃淬火试样双向记忆性能较佳,经训练双向恢复率可达71.4%;母相时效对双向记忆性能的改善无帮助。
In this paper, Cu-26.62 Zn-3.77Al (wt%) alloy was taken as the research object. The effects of heat treatment on unidirectional and bidirectional recovery rate, starting and ending temperature, and restoring force of the alloy were studied from the practical point of view. The experimental results show that as long as the appropriate quenching temperature and aging time of 150 ℃ are selected, the unidirectional recovery rate can reach 100%. The aging temperature can be stabilized after aging for 30min. The termination temperature and A_f points generally differ by more than ten degrees; 780 ℃ oil quenching can obtain greater restoring force; 840 ℃ quenched sample bi-directional memory performance is better, the training bi-directional recovery rate of up to 71.4%; mother aging for bi-directional memory No improvement in performance.
