我们已经报导了用非晶工艺的方法制备出了均匀、致密的掺Pb铋系超导体。本文报导用非晶体来研究退火过程中的相形成。Bi_2O_3,PbO,SrCO_3,CaCO_3和CuO高纯粉末按化学配比均匀混和,加热至完全熔化,熔体用锤钻法制成厚度为0.5~1mm左右的非晶薄片。
We have reported the uniform and dense Pb-bismuth-based superconductors prepared by the amorphous process. This paper reports the use of amorphous materials to study phase formation during annealing. Bi 2 O 3, PbO, SrCO 3, CaCO 3 and CuO were mixed uniformly according to the chemical ratio and heated until completely melted. The melt was made into an amorphous sheet with a thickness of about 0.5 to 1 mm by a hammer drill method.
