目的:观察溴氰菊酯(DM)雌性大鼠孕期染毒对子代神经行为发育的影响及补肾健脾复方助孕3号对DM发育毒性的干预作用。方法:将孕鼠分为模型组、中药组、牛磺酸组和空白对照组。除空白对照组外,其他3组自妊娠第1~15天经口灌服1/20LD50DM(6.93mg/kg),另灌服生理盐水、成人等效剂量中药液及牛磺酸溶液(0.2g/kg)。待孕鼠分娩后观察仔鼠断乳前神经行为发育指标及断乳后行为。结果:①模型组仔鼠前肢定位反射、平面翻正反射、空中翻正反射达标时间分别为(7.00±0.00)天、(6.20±1.64)天和(13.70±0.47)天。各组仔鼠的达标时间均在正常范围内。②避暗实验的结果显示各组仔鼠在记忆获得、记忆巩固、记忆再现方面差异无统计学意义。模型组在训练时、24h后、7天后的电击次数分别是(1.08±0.79)、(0.17±0.39)和(0.25±0.45)。结论:具有神经毒性时DM似乎并未对仔鼠的神经系统发育产生不良影响,补肾健脾中药对仔鼠神经系统发育干预作用不明显。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effects of exposure to deltamethrin on the neurobehavioral development of offspring and the intervention of Bushen Jianpi Compound Zhuyun 3 on DM developmental toxicity. Methods: Pregnant rats were divided into model group, TCM group, taurine group and blank control group. Except for the blank control group, the other three groups were orally dosed with 1 / 20LD50DM (6.93mg / kg) from day 1 to day 15 of gestation, another group received normal saline and the adult equivalent dosage of Chinese medicine solution and taurine solution (0.2 g / kg). After the delivery of pregnant rats to observe the premature weaning behavior and development indicators and behavior after weaning. RESULTS: ① The time to reach the target position of the model group was (7.00 ± 0.00) days, (6.20 ± 1.64) days and (13.70 ± 0.47) days, respectively. Each group of pups of the standard time are within the normal range. ② The results of the dark-avoidance experiment showed that there was no significant difference in memory acquisition, memory consolidation and memory reproduction among the pups in each group. The number of shocks in the model group at training, 24h and 7 days after surgery were (1.08 ± 0.79), (0.17 ± 0.39) and (0.25 ± 0.45), respectively. Conclusion: DM with neurotoxicity does not seem to have adverse effects on the neuronal development of pups. Bushen Jianpi Chinese medicine has no obvious effect on the neurological development of pups.
