《诏策》《檄移》是《文心雕龙》的第十九、二十篇。这两篇讲的诏策和檄移,都是古代的应用文。这种应用文从体例上和报纸上发表的政府文告、宣言、条例、命令等相仿佛。这两篇里所讲的,就是怎样才能写好这种应用文。这里对这两篇作了节选,只选了其中说明诏策、檄移的体例和写作的部分。先看《诏策》,刘勰认为诏策应用在不同场合,它的语气就不同。比方策封有功人士,就“气台风雨之润”,语气显得温润;出兵讨伐时,”声有洊雷之威”,语气显得威严;颁布赦令,“文有春露之滋”,是温和的;颁布法令,“辞有秋霜之烈”,是严厉
“Chao policy” “move” is “Wen Xin Diao Long” nineteenth, twenty articles. Both of these two strategies and moves are ancient applications. This kind of application textually resembles the government proclamations, declarations, ordinances and orders published in newspapers. What these two say is how to write this kind of application. Excerpts from these two articles are presented here, and only the part that explains the policies and practices and the writing part of them is selected. First look at “Chao policy”, Liu Fang Chao policy that is used in different occasions, its tone is different. For example, when the meritorious persons are censored and sealed off, the tone of “typhoon and rainy weather” appears gentle.
