We’ve all heard of “Barrel Principle”: A barrette filled with water is made of many pieces of erected hoops made of wood, and the amount of water it holds is determined by the boards together. If one of the boards is short, the water content of the bucket can only be based on this short board, and other boards longer does not help, this short board has become the water content of the bucket “limit” “(Or” “short board effect ”). If you want to increase the water content of this bucket, only to replace this short board or short board will become longer, which is “barrel principle ”.
