通过建立多孔铝合金的二维微管渗流数学模型,对铝熔体浇注过程中的渗流时间与渗流压力关系及其对孔隙率的影响进行了研究,同时分析了静压力与孔隙率的关系。结果表明:采用二维微管渗流模型可以较准确反映实际浇注渗流过程。孔隙率受到填料颗粒背压区气体和静压力变化的影响。
Through the establishment of two-dimensional micro-tube seepage mathematical model of porous aluminum alloy, the relationship between seepage pressure and seepage pressure during the aluminum melt casting process and its influence on porosity were studied. At the same time, the relationship between static pressure and porosity was analyzed. The results show that the two-dimensional microtubule seepage model can accurately reflect the actual pouring seepage process. The porosity is affected by the gas and static pressure changes in the back pressure zone of the filler particles.
