目的:建立九味渣驯丸中没食子酸、岩白菜素含量的测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法对九味渣驯丸中没食子酸、岩白菜素进行含量测定。Sunfire C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液(6∶94)、甲醇:水(25∶75)为流动相;检测波长为270、275nm;流速:1.0mL·min-1。结果:没食子酸、岩白菜素线性范围分别为0.059 2~0.592 0μg(r=0.999 6)、0.0476~0.571 2μg(r=0.999 8);平均回收率为97.85%(RSD=0.74%,n=6)、97.48%(RSD=1.10%,n=6)。结论:该方法操作简便,结果稳定、可靠,可用于九味渣驯丸质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the determination of gallic acid and bergenin in Jiuwei Zishawanji. Methods: The contents of gallic acid and bergenin in Jiuwei residue tamed pill were determined by HPLC. The mobile phase consisted of Sunfire C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm), methanol-0.4% phosphoric acid solution (6:94) and methanol: water -1. Results: The linear ranges of gallic acid and bergenin were 0.059 2-0.592 0 μg (r = 0.999 6) and 0.0476-0.571 2 μg (r = 0.999 8) respectively. The average recovery was 97.85% (RSD = 0.74%, n = 6 ), 97.48% (RSD = 1.10%, n = 6). Conclusion: The method is simple, stable and reliable, and can be used for the quality control of Jiuwei residue taming.
