患者,女,77岁。因反复心悸、胸闷3年,加重伴咳喘、下肢浮肿4d,于1998年2月17日入院。1997年体检时发现血糖偏高,诊断为糖尿病Ⅱ型,即给予饮食控制,格列本脲(优降糖)5mg,qd,口服,血糖一直控制在正常范围。近3年来,反复出现心悸,胸闷,曾在多家医院检查诊断为“冠心病”、“心衰”,给予中西药治疗,病情仍时有反复。入院4d前,因劳累,病情加重,伴胸闷心
Patient, female, 77 years old. Due to repeated palpitations, chest tightness for 3 years, increased with cough, lower extremity edema 4d, on February 17, 1998 admission. In 1997 when the physical examination found that high blood sugar, diagnosed as type Ⅱ diabetes, that is given diet control, glyburide (glyburide) 5mg, qd, oral, blood glucose control has been in the normal range. The past three years, repeated palpitations, chest tightness, has been diagnosed in many hospitals as “coronary heart disease”, “heart failure”, given the treatment of Chinese and Western medicine, the condition is still sometimes repeated. 4d before admission, due to fatigue, exacerbations, with chest frustration
