武钢第一炼钢厂拥有6座500吨固定式顶吹氧大型平炉,炉后配置双罐双流出钢方式。其冶炼品种为普碳钢、优结钢、低合金钢、专用钢板、半镇静钢和重轨钢等。每炉钢良锭460~480吨,由于成分出格所造成的号外损失一罐或一炉钢达10~25万元。因此,钢锭化学成分(熔炼分析成分)的命中极为重要。一、钢锭化学成分出格现状一炼钢生产的钢锭多为普碳钢及低合金钢,当钢锭表面质量符合要求时,钢锭判定仅以冶炼成分(C、Si、Mn、P、S)为依据传送至初轧厂。图1为1985年~1987年钢锭化学成分出
